‘Perpetuum Jazzile’ Choir – Rain

They say that seeing is believing, watch this, or close your eyes and simply listen, amazing stuff!

  1. Evening Ara, I’m pleased that you’re impressed. I was.

It’s very clever. Ingenious is actually the word that springs to mind!

  2. This is actually the intro to a 6 minute video, they start singing immediately after this intro.

    Here’s the full version

  3. So glad to see its not rugby – have you seen ‘stomp’ ? The show is fantastic, as they use everything and anything as instruments….

  4. Soutie,

I closed my eyes and listened. Couldn’t resist taking a peek to see that it wasn’t a trick. Incredible stuff. Further proof of how talented human beings can be.

  5. Morning all.

Proof if ever that the internet is huge.

These clips were posted over 2 years ago! They were brought to my attention last week, and obviously to some members here only today / yesterday.

I sometimes worry about posting old ‘stuff’, you know, seen / heard it all before but am now of the opinion that if only one member is enriched by ‘old stuff’ then that’s alright then.

    🙂

    Morning Pseu

I do try to include interesting bits for the fairer sex and non-rugby supporters in my ‘rugby’ posts, as with the football world cup I preferred to write a sort of diary rather than match reports, people can read match reports online or in the paper!

Did you watch my Bok supporter video on the SA v Wales post, I’m sure that you will enjoy it.

As with Riverdance, Stomp was overhyped, over televised and eventually over here, I liked the ‘Rain’ clip because it was both new and original to me!

  7. Sorry to be a bit of a wet rag, but in my book this was pretentious claptrap. Singing was OK though 🙂
