Well done, Angela Merkel!

According to today’s Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung,  the German Chancellor will this evening present a media award to the Danish cartoonist, whose cartoon of Mohammed with a bomb in his turban roused the ire of hundreds of thousands of feeble-minded Moslems, who of course had never even seen it. Frau Merkel will be photographed with the cartoonist, thus demonstrating, as the FAZ points out, her determination that German and Europe will continue to be places where freedom of expression is upheld.

The Cultural Problem

Critical of others he thinks islamophobic, one blogger on MyT asked for some positive suggestions as to how the ‘problem’ might be dealt with. It was apparent that the ‘problem’ required some clearer definition.

In my response I suggested that the problem was largely about identity. Whereas immigrants and there British born offspring have a strong culture that tells them who, and what, they are, the indigenous population has been denied this because native British cultures have been consciously eroded to promote ‘multiculturalism’. Whereas the common cry from the left was ‘all cultures are equally valid’, they actually adopted negative positions against the native cultures, and positive positions towards those of immigrants. As a result, the alien cultures grew in strength and confidence, while the British cultures were weakened. This has led to some nervousness and antipathy in the indigenous population.

This comes after due reconsideration of your second paragraph; you deserve a better answer because you are one of only a very small number of people [and please, this is not just to flatter you] with a sufficiently clear and logical mind to understand and analyze the situation.

Boadicea never owned the Site that you refer to because Bravo fully owns it already. Bearsy lost control over the Site after Bravo’s very first Post; both of them will of course deny this but when it got through to Bearsy he “passed ownership” to Boadicea; that was just in name, however. Bearsy “wanted out” but had to save face; so they did it this way.

Bravo effectively controls the Site already and it is only a matter of time before Boadicea goes.

I reckon I can prove this to you if you are interested. Do let me know.
