But let’s not confine our flights of fancy to an Argentinian supernaturalist or those nibbled chocolate animals – however much we feel for them.
Your task, cherished poets, should you wish to toy with it, is to dream about Easter – past, present or future. Any take, any style – so long as you serve up your creations at the breakfast table for Backside’s traditional Eostre egg-fest, suitably soft-boiled, scrambled or fried over-easy, on Sunday 31st March; a mere Soutie-hop away, I aver.
