Took lunch on the upstairs terrace today with the NSW – threw small pieces of chicken breast into the wok with julienned veggies, chillies, prawns, oyster sauce, etc. to accompany a bowl of jasmine rice and a bottle of Gruta. Took a photo and if it’s halfway decent I’ll send it in for Sipu’s photo comp. 22C in the shade although the pool is still a little too chilly for comfort.

Good evening Janus and thanks for the thought. I’m still around and enjoying, in particular, the view from the grandstand of the Limerick Grand National. I’m also still trying to take a break from posting or even commenting but I’m sure that my resolve will weaken in due course.
