Claire – It’s another way of saying that all it takes for evil to take hold is for good people to do nothing. and it’s true, people did nothing and George Bush became a President, then George Bush did nothing at all and America went bankrupt, then America did nothing and they got themselves a war and then they did nothing again and they got BP. 🙂
