honestly I despair at the morons that ruining (not running) this country. Some idiot minister announced that with petrol tanker drivers going on strike we had better stock up. Result, empty petrol stations and long queues at those with fuel.
As for stocking up it is illegal to hold more than 5 gallons (I think that’s the amount) it shows the powers that be are on another planet.
What are the criteria for being a politician@?
Stupid
dishonest
liar
no idea of life
sycophantic
Any others?
I’m a bit bemused by the whole thing too, Rick, but tank now full, no queue at the petrol station, and no, I resisted the urge to stockpile petrol.
I don’t have a clue why they felt the need to broadcast this, in the way they did.
Incompetent?
The cynic in me suggests it was to stir up anti-union feeling. I have no problem with that as I think traditional trade unions, while once a total necessity, are well past their sell-by date, but I wish they would just say so.
Another for your list: “duplicitous”.
My car is running on nearly zero. but then I am changing it tomorrow for a nice shiny new one.
Getting another Audi A4 Avant, 3 litre TDI Quattro, moonlight blue in colour with dark blue leather inside.
Rick, that should consume the fuel you’re hoarding nicely!
PS why not write a cinquain about the man?

Thieving, lazy, hypocritical bastards.
Basically Rick,
To answer your poser, there are two sorts of Wuck Fit. One considerably more feckless than the other.
The first oxygen thieving, cranially challenged sort is the kind of Ship Dit who actually believes a single word those corrupt trough snouters say.
The second is far more insidious, they have all the inherent failings of the first sort but this particular blend of moron takes muppetry beyond the depths of even the Mariana. Not content with being thick enough to listen to these aerosols, they go for gold and actually vote the tossers into power. Grrrrrr.
Somebody smooth his fur quick! 🙂
Janus, not it is fairly frugal, will do 50 on a run and high 30s around town.
Unless I go over 90 then it does drink a bit, if it’s like the one I traded in. This is meant to be better and a lower tax band £160 I think
Ferret I couldn’t put it better myself.
