Belated Christmas Greetings all! Been a bit busy with Grandchildren, since they haven’t seen me for three months π
Just thought I’d share these photos.
And this is what it’s all about – a case where the value far exceeded the cost, or, as the credit card advert has it, priceless π
PS. My daughter and I assembled the fish on Christmas Eve. (We had filled it earlier at a party balloon shop.) After we’d put it together, it took me a good half-an-hour to learn to control the thing reasonably well. My Grandson had it cracked in about three minutes – the video-game generation π
Merry Xmas, Bravo. Apropos the progeny, if they happen to attend that very nice private school just outside Limassol, they will have enjoyed the annual carol concert down on the prom!! (Know it.)
Excellent Bravo, can’t beat joy / surprise on the little ones faces.
Well done
Beaut!
Yes, they loved this – we thought it might be a bit of a show-stopper, so we kept it back until late in the afternoon, when they were beginning to get a bit fractious – as is often the case after all the highs of Christmas Morning and Christmas Dinner.* Worked a treat, as you can see π
They both go to the Heritage international school – it was in Limassol but moved a couple of years ago to swish new buildings on the Troodos road. There aren’t any other private schools outside Limassol now, they’ve all been engulfed in the urban sprawl brought on by the Turkish invasion…
Don’t know of the Carol Concert?
Bravo, just between us, I taught at ‘the Heritage’ for a few years before the move. Fond memories. There used to be a concert at the RC church on the prom – with readings from old chaps like me!
Ha, cool – it’s a good school, both the Grandchildren love it. I’ll have to look out for the carol service next year.
Brilliant Bravo; as you say, you can’t put a value on that. But how do you top that each year!
Wonderful! I saw these advertised on Amazon….
