Marks out of 10 for optimism = 10
Marks out of 10 for reality = somewhat less than 10 🙂
The Wales-Ireland game should be a cracker. Once we have dispatched the French, the England – Ireland/Wales game should be another, though I expect the fireworks from one side and dour resistance from the other.
If they come out in the right mood, Wales could just do it. Ireland are old, but experienced. Wales are young, and, on their day, exuberant. England, who knows?
Quite right too Zen.
Both Wales and Ireland have had outstanding tournaments so far, England of course started badly and appeared to have stagnated and the French, well they are just awful at the moment.
I see that it’s an early start for you on Saturday, 6:00am your time (provided that you haven’t fiddled with your watches by then), is this right time to mention that I have Irish blood in me? 😉

What can I say to that…
Never mind, Soutie, nothing to be ashamed of.
I don’t think for a minute that England OR Wales can win. Ireland maybe! Much more likely is a Southern Hemisphere winner (Ptooey!)
In the lap of the gods!
and Wales is God’s own country.
