I think the paper has misreported this. SHe had to pay the men £5k a time which is why she was stealing.
Press always misreports.
I think I tend to agree with the Judge on this one. Of course it could be a bad photograph, but…;)
On a site elsewhere the, ahem, ‘pulchritudinally challenged’ are referred to as hippocrocopigs, or some such combination. Anyway, thar’s one of them right there.
