A note on Polls

John Mackie has added a poll to his Creative Writing Competition.   Good on ya’, JM, looks like fun.

John’s poll appears in a separate PollDaddy page when you click on the link, but polls can just as easily appear within a post.
Please see the Menu Bar for details.

  1. I’ve changed my mind and think polls are alright, Bearsy; I have cast my vote on your poll. This about-turn has no sinister undertones or selfishness on my part.

Psst- How does one go about accumulating multiple identities for multiple voting? 🙂

  2. Doesn’t work, JW – PollDaddy puts a cookie on your computer so that you can’t cheat. And if that doesn’t work, it’ll check your IP, as well!. 😎

  3. Aye weel, Bearsy, It’s In the lap of the Gods, then. You know I was considered a fine ball player at football in my time; I knew I should have been more of a hacker. I’ll be back but I’ll leave you just now with a cacophonous caterwauling of a dissonant diva. Valete.

  4. Perhaps I should do this for the Photo Competition?

I’m having a terrible time deciding, so it may be a brilliant idea.

I may give it a try, but not tonight!

  5. Thank God I don’t read the competition entries, it will thankfully obviate the necessity of having to vote for anything.
Its all a bit reminiscent of turkeys voting for Christmas.
