  1. Well I don’t think that’s fair.

Oop ‘ere where its grim, the roads are as clear as a bell. I have nothing but praise for the gritters. The busses are running like clockwork and the bin men were out today too. OK there’s snow on the minor roads but I would never expect the council to grit those.

Matt, you are wrong on this one, it’s about time the meeja recognised when hard working teams did their job well instead of mythering and scaremongering. If I hear one more story about * shortages I will find the arse who wrote it and shorten him/her.

    * = bread, rocksalt, fuel, milk, sprouts, turkey, ozone, flu vaccine, toilet roll etc.

  2. Maybe Matt lives in Cheltenham, Furry One. Seriously, I think he has relatives who do! It has been bad in the town centre – gridlocked several days running but all turning slushy today, thank goodness.

Totally agree on the wider scaremongering though – local radio presenter was trying to whip up panic about supermarkets cancelling their home delivery services this morning – milk, turkey, bread….etc etc . “Ring us if your deliveries have been cancelled. How is your Christmas going to be affected…etc etc”

I wanted to poke the plonker in the eye.
