My Granddaughter’s ballet class – she’s four and as scatter-brained as any four-year old. Typical little girl – loves pink. When I bought her a computer for her birthday, the main technical specification was that it had to be pink. (Fortunately, Sony Vaios come in pink.)
She does love her ballet class, though – I think the concentration shows 🙂 Though I’m not quite sure why she is, apparently, being tortured.
The teacher is a South African, btw. She also choreographs all of the shows our Theatrical Society put on – a real martinet when rehearsing us, but a lovely lady when she’s ‘off duty.’

The solo squat is a charming picture. My brother is an accompanist for the Royal Ballet School (under 15’s). He’s devoted his life to the art. Thanks for posting; really quite lovely.
Keep taking photos of her Bravo, like I’ve said countless times, each image captures a moment in time, never to be repeated, there are some priceless moments here. Plus, you’ll be able to tease her in front of her boyfriend one day. Or you could just sit and look at them front time to time. I remember that other special moment with your grandson leaping into your arms, remember?? wonderful.
Memories come flooding back! Treasure them…
Lovely photos, bravo. I’m so glad you were allowed to take them. My daughter-in-law recently had her knuckles rapped for taking a picture of her own husband holding their own baby, but in a public swimming-pool. Sick, isn’t it? My best wishes to the lovely little ballerina.
