My recent plan to strain my eyes has failed. Reading in dim and low light has had no effect on my eyesight. My eyes are still pretty sharp although I wouldn’t go so far as to say I can read in the dark.
The reason I’m striving for strain is I reckon glasses are cool. Not all glasses are cool though most of them are. I like people that have reading glasses and when you give them a note to read they put on their glasses. This is cool.
I also like those that have their glasses dangling on string over their chests. Obviously, as well as having bad eyesight they have a forgetting (remembering?) problem and this way they know where they are. The “they” being the glasses, of course, and not themselves. The English language can be a trip through the mine field.
Tomorrow I might venture out doors. Apparently, its been snowing. Though there are so many “joshers” on here I wouldn’t put it past the posters to have faked the snowy photographs. Anyway, if it is seasonal, I’m going outside with sunglasses. That’s cool.

Is that someone I should recognise?
(Sorry, I’m not wearing my glasses )
Yes, you should. She’s fantastic, though not as fantastic as you, Pseu.
I always thought this young superhero was beautiful. I enjoyed the Dark Angel series she was in, mainly becasue of her.
I’m just about to take my contact lenses out, it’s all gone fuzzy, but it’s not snow-blindness thank goodness, £%$^.
Sorry, that was supposed to be “Goodnight”! 😉
Blush.
(still in the dark though. Who is she?)
Sorry, I’m making a spectacle of myself.
And she’s got a London Eye – in ‘er ear’ole. 🙂
And what would appear to be a ‘patch’ on her left eye!
So who is this young tartlet?
Bearsy, as a skilled technoprat, I can advise you to have a squiz at ‘Properties’ for said image: ‘Jessica Alba’! 🙂
Gee thanks, Janus, but that leaves me none the wiser.
Oh, OK, so now I’ve read her bio on Wiki – never heard of her films, never seen her – she doesn’t play cricket, sail solo or work at the local servo, so I don’t think it matters overmuchly. But ta, anyway. 😀
