Dolly Parton is a very nice, talented and generous woman, so when I saw this news I wondered if she had fallen on hard times and had to start working as a checkout girl in Jersey (Old not New)
It appears that a customer at the checkout was charged too much because the checkout girl’s bazoomas were resting on the scales at the checkout station, because her chair was too low. Whoops.
It appears (a) to have all been resolved amicably and (b) it was not Dolly Parton working there.

I did notice that her show in Orlando had shut down but if she did fall on hard times she would soon bounce back up again. Mind you, she was arrested going through Heathrow for suspected melon smuggling so she can’t be to careful.
As they always say, ” If you’ve seen one of her shows, you’ve seen them both.”
She’s quite pretty under all that hair and make up.
I was never a Dolly fan until I treated DT man to an evening out at her gig in Cardiff (him being a huge fan for both obvious and less obvious reasons) and she was brilliant. A huge musical talent, great lyricist and shrewd businesswoman! I still don’t play her music but got to respect her abilities! 🙂
