  1. Me too. A few days ago, I had several hours of being locked out; it kept telling I had to be signed in to comment, but I was signed in. It happened again yesterday.

  6. Soutie, I’m fine in Firefox and Google Chrome but this site and others are going seriously pear-shaped for me in IE 8.

    Firewall fine and Norton reporting no problems.

    Off to see if there’s a patch – I don’t do automatic updates of the evil Gatesian Empire.

  7. I openned up but could not the top menu. I went a blog and clicked where it said I needed to be signed on to comment. I did, commented, then posted my morning music, signed off, and did my x-word, returning a couple of hours later. The same scenario was repeated, and remains.

  8. Are you saying that you are continually being asked to ‘sign in’?

    I never ‘sign out’

    Having said that twice during the last 48hrs I’ve had to log in, it normally happens when WordPress perform some sort of maintenance or update.

    What browser are you using?

  15. Just got here – is everyone OK now?

    We had a few compatibility problems with IE 8, none with Chrome.
