A class act Zen. Still knocking them out aged 70! There have been several bits about him recently on TV down here in Wales.
There was 2 hours of him on BBC 1, last night – well worth a trip to i-player!
Morning Mr Zen. I’m not a great Tom Jones fan sadly, although I’m pleased he’s stopped dying his hair and allowing himself to grow old gracefully.
A pity. There were two excellent programmes last night on BBC1 last night. Worth watching on i-player.
The boyo is said to have the world’s biggest knicker collection.
Not his own!
I did see it was on Zen, and was tempted to watch but, I’m following the programme ‘The making of Modern Britain’ just now, Andrew Marr. Not keen on the man, but the history is good. Mind you, this stupid modern idea they have filming these days, is dreadful, they seem to think it’s a good idea to have the correspondent focused either to the right or left of the screen, with side bits blurred, crazy modernist film makers. I’ve learned a lot about the British concentration camps, South Africa, Boar war etc. Sorry, I’ve moved ‘off blog’ a bit.
A Marr’s series are good value,I think. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve bought both on DVD.
