Good day to you Mr Zen.
Victor Borge was a very funny man, clever too.
Just going off post a little for a moment, I watched ‘Elvis lives’ last night, not sure if you saw it. All his backing groups, ladies and gents, from the beginning, got together and performed again.
They performed, with Elvis, on a big screen, identically as they did back then. Okay, they are old men and ladies now but it was wonderful to see them, all with snow white hair and wrinkles, they even managed to be note perfect too.
At the end, the gent, noted for telling you “Ladies & Gentlemen, Elvis has left the building” changed it, in a croaky sort of voice, to “Ladies and Gentlemen, Elvis has left for Graceland”.
It was a very good show.
Missed it, I fear, tied up with Poirot and Taggart – an evening for the little grey cells!
