Step forward Mr Justice Mitting.
“satisfied that Naseer was an al-Qaeda operative who posed and still poses a serious threat to the national security of the United Kingdom and that…it is conducive to the public good that he should be deported.”
“No open assurances were given by the Pakistani authorities” and as a result they could not find there was a “sufficient safeguard against prohibited ill-treatment of any of the appellants.”

So, this guy who was going to blow people up is now to be supported by taxes taken from those same people.
Where do you go when you give up?
St Kilda
Well, I was thinking Wigan, but perhaps St.Kilda is more lively.
I do hope our new coalition will do something concrete and soon about Cameron’s idea of a British Bill of Rights. Why can’t we send this Pakistani back to his own country with a note pinned to him: “Please don’t torture him. Thank you. HM Gov”
‘Oh, and please excuse him from sports on Wednesday.’ 🙂
I see that it is being proposed that ‘the people’ can tell the government which laws they would like repealed – this idiotic interpretation of the ‘human rights’ laws should be the first to go.
