A short message from the assistant vice-principal

Good evening fellow members.

You have no idea how happy I am to see Boadicea’s first evening comment appear on here.

It allows me to relax, with the different time zones I’m quite happy to park off and watch the site from round about 4ish ’till now.(Or a tad earlier if I’m home)

I can now (as I always do) move to the lounge and relax, I’m not sure if members here realise or comprehend the effort that has gone into establishing and maintaining this place, I perform the most minimalist of duties and find it sometimes burdensome, Bearsy a hat tip from me.

    Ja well, my point was how much I look forward to Boa’s first comment, it means that I can ‘park off’ for a while.

    I’ve never told either of them that, in fact we only communicate on here (well 99% of the time)

    I’ve often felt like telling Boa how much I look forward to her first evening comment but have never bothered, now she knows!

  9. Don’t worry Soutie, I’ve already had my Mother’s Day treat – daughter will be in the UK (volcano willing!) on that particular day. I rarely sleep in, and I hate being in bed wide awake… 🙂

  13. Soutie, good evening.

    To deal with the essential stuff first, I thought that the first 15 minutes of the Reds v Bulls game last Saturday was, without a doubt, the best Club rugby that I have ever seen.

    Also thought that the referee (yours) and his linesmen (theirs) were rubbish. The scrummage has to be sorted out.

    Stiil a great game and still think that you were, on balance, robbed by those refereeing decisions. A joy to watch.

    Moving on, I genuinely appreciate all the hard work that Batman Bearsy and Robin Soutie have put in on the site. Thanks for that.

    Boa, thanks as well. Being a gentleman, I don’t want to include you in the analogy until I establish if you would prefer to be Bat Girl or Catwoman?

  20. May I just say that I am very appreciative of the efforts put in by Bearsy, Soutie, Boadicea and others to make this site the success it is. I feel very much “at home” here and will support it until they carry me paws first from The Cave.

  21. John, there’s a good club rugby competition ‘up north’ called ‘the Heineken Cup’ … clubs from France and Ireland contest it each year. 🙂

    Actually you are brilliant trio, you fiddly with me so nicely.
    I’d like a private word sometime Soutie, a place where we can sit down, alone, a place where you can tell me “Now look here Valzone, I will tell you just one more time how to do it, and lets hope it sinks in”. I can then gaze into your eyes and reply “I love it when you are cross, but I’m a blonde, live with it” 😉 😉 😉
