I saw Furry’s comment this morning about ‘servers’ and assumed that he was complaining about the serving wenches being late with his fish and chips down at the local.
I’m with my father at the ex-serviceman’s club every Thursday, and do try not to comment on Thursday evenings. I’ve often regretted it come Friday morning 😳
It is rather nice that they apologised for something one had never noticed!
