After my minor triumph in the last photo comp, it falls upon me to set the subject for the next one.
I was watching TV last night and happened to glance up to see the embellishment Mrs FEEG had added to the room, behind my joanna.
It suddenly struck me that (a) the lighting looked a bit weird and (b) I would have to turn the light in the corner off whenever playing (or trying to anyway) a tune on my magnificent instrument. It also gave me a theme for the next photo comp.
Weird Lighting
It can be anything from a fancy illuminated ornament or the solar garden lights around the lawn to the runway lights at an airport. This may give our Southern Hemisphere members a bit of advantage as they are in the middle of winter and thus have longer hours of darkness. (They will need it after the rugby and cricket!) 🙂
No Chinese lanterns though. They are rather out of favour at the moment.
Let us set a time limit of 31st August.
Here is the inspiration for this comp:-

Thanks FEEG.
I shall try to find an illuminating photo. 😉
Snapped this in the foyer of a restaurant last night. A stone circle of statues lit up by candlelight.
Neat. Thanks, Soutie
Took these the other evening. The sunset shot was first
Then I saw the colours reflected in a window
If you meant electric light I’ll have to try again.
OZ
In haste, and I’m not sure it’s weird, but this was a lunch venue in early January. Note the Christmas decorations.
OZ. Lights is lights, wherever they comes from. Very good photos 🙂
Ara. Weird enough for me.
Hiroshima, A-Bomb Dome at night, March 2012. You said strange light and this was the eeriest I could think of.
Thanks, Chris
Quiet ‘ere, innit?
I see that only half of Christopher’s pic is showing, I doubt that’s what he intended but I’ll leave his original post as is and and insert the full picture here 😉
Christopher’s code has now been edited to what (I think) he meant it to be. B. 🙂
If it’s any help, for me Christopher’s piccie worked in its entirety first time and subsequently, and I’m a thick-pawed muppet when it comes to computerised thingummies.

Thank you, Soutie!
