Windies win

England’s defeat by 15 runs looks respectable by comparison with the bashing Australia have taken today. 74 runs deficit is alot! And Chris Gale makes it all look so easy

Give England back KP (joke) and there’ll be no stopping ’em next time.

  1. More importantly …

    Kings are 27-20 up

and the Bulls are 17-6 up v the mountaingoats

    critical matches both!

(25 minutes to play in each)

  2. Quick update for you …..

Both the Kings and Bulls win, very good news for us beleaguered Eastern Province supporters 🙂

  3. Have just heard a report on the Bulls game on Skysports news, told you it was important 😉

Hi Soutie. Not happy. Sharks not on Sky and we’re getting the Griquas v Lions game instead. At least it should be a close game with the Lions missing the Bokke players and Griquas having the home advantage which, as you know, has seen them beat the Sharks and the Bulls already.

And I can, at least, watch the Beast this evening as the mighty Bokke stop the All Blacks in their tracks and prevent them chasing Lithuania’s world record of 18 consecutive wins. Mind, if they do win, it gives us the chance to stop them at Murrayfield this November.

  5. Hi JM

Good grief we were dreadful, awful decisions from the captain and coach, why the hell didn’t they sub Goosen when he got injured ( a reoccurrence by the way) that cost us 7. I could go on but I shan’t. ‘Nuff to say I’m not happy 😦

    FYI

The Bulls game win critical for us, EP Kings have finished top of the ‘A’ section log and will play the bottom Currie Cup side in a relegation / promotion decider. All the provinces will have their Boks back, we’d have no chance against the Bulls, Griquas or Free state we have a chance, still a tall order but……………..

We could have Super Rugby and Currie Cup rugby here next year, Heaven!!!!@!@

  6. Aye weel, Soutie.

I held out hope for a while there that ‘we’ were going to win.

Does it make me a bad person if I really, really, really hate Richie McCaw? 100 Test victories but most of them spent offside or mumping at referees. In my opinion.

Good luck to the Kings in the play off but it looks to me like it’s going to be Bulls or Free State that they will have to beat. Tricky, when all the Bokke are back as you say.
