There’s an article in “Le Monde” today about all the rich French citizens who are already making preparations to move to more fiscally-friendly places, like Switzerland and the UK. Some of them think that even if Sarkozy does win a second term, France will be in dire need of extra cash and the eurozone is very wobbly.
