McEwans Export is probably the best buy in beer, though that’s only a localised opinion. Having resurfaced after drinking a league of this brew I can honestly say nowhere else in the world is a goal celebrated with more joy than when scored against the anti-Christs. Then again, for all I know, maybe the rugbyistas go mental when a try is achieved. After all, it is a rarity.
Hello TR
Did you know that South Africans are encouraged to become Honorary Rangers?
It’s good to see that missionaries have introduced team games to the northern outposts of England at last. Golf is so me-me-me, n’est-ce pas?
Drat! I took the bait, Soutie. Silly me.
I thought I had posted this comment already, but apparently not.
My father-in-law was a Rangers fan and it really made his day when xxxxxx got thrashed.
As for McEwans Export, I can think of numerous English real ales that are far superior 🙂
McEwans Export is the Devil’s brew, a headache in a can right up there with American Budwieser and the godawful San Miguel.
I may of course be wrong, but I absolutely doubt it. 🙂

FEEG, would appreciate a blog on English ales as they sound mouth-watering. During the course of my celebration I had a few of these guys who hit the spot. Oh and apologies for editing your comment. It is blasphemous to say their name.

OZ, the McEwans are not too bad after the second dozen. 🙂
